BillBot provides hosted software, GST billing tooling, account management surfaces, inventory and purchase flows, and related operational capabilities for merchants and their teams. Specific capabilities may vary by plan, configuration, or enabled features.
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details, for protecting credentials, and for activity performed through your account, invited team members, or connected workspaces. You must promptly remove access for anyone who should no longer use your workspace.
Paid access, trial availability, billing intervals, refunds, and renewal behavior are governed by the plan selected at checkout and any applicable billing policy presented during purchase. Payment processors may be used to handle transactions securely on our behalf.
You may not use the platform to violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious content, abuse infrastructure, interfere with security, impersonate others, or operate storefronts that breach applicable commerce, consumer, or payments rules.
You remain responsible for shop content, catalog accuracy, customer communications, tax or compliance obligations, and operational decisions made inside your workspace, even where the platform provides templates or automation.
We may improve, modify, or retire features to maintain platform quality, security, and business viability. Where material changes affect core service behavior, pricing, or contractual expectations, we will communicate them through the product, email, or other reasonable channels.
We may restrict or suspend access where needed for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or serious violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing commitments or plan conditions already accepted.
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, login providers, messaging tools, analytics products, and hosting infrastructure. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided on an as-available and as-configured basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, merchant performance outcomes, or third-party service continuity. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
